For as long as I can remember, I've been fascinated by transformation.

Before discovering kinesiology and subconscious work, I spent almost two decades building successful businesses. From the outside, my life looked successful.

But inside, I was disconnected from myself.

Living with Crohn's disease and constantly striving taught me something I could no longer ignore:

No amount of external success can replace inner alignment.

Discovering subconscious and energetic work changed my life. Not because it taught me how to create more, but because it taught me how to come home to myself.

Over the past six years, I've had the privilege of guiding hundreds of women through their own transformations.
