MY JOURNEY

Hello, my love, and welcome to my little corner of the world. I’m Courtney—kinesiologist, ceremonialist, and women’s circle facilitator. My heart is deeply fulfilled by holding space for others, guiding them through healing, rituals, and ceremonies, and witnessing their beautiful transformation as they step into the truest, most authentic versions of themselves.

I grew up in a small town in the outback, and as someone with Aboriginal heritage, I hold deep reverence for the land and the sacredness of the country I walk upon.

At my core, I am an earth lover with a free-spirited, gypsy heart. I feel a deep connection to health and wellness, to nature, and I have an unwavering devotion to the Ocean and all of its life. I’m a sentimentalist who cherishes sacred rituals and ceremonies, holding them close to my heart. I believe every day is sacred, and every moment holds the potential to be a sacred experience.

My journey took a transformative turn when I was diagnosed with Crohn’s disease at a young age. At 21, I underwent a major emergency bowel surgery, which I now see as a pivotal moment that reconnected me to my soul’s true path. From there, I began studying the profound connection between mind, body, and spirit, and how unhealed trauma and emotions can manifest physically. This path led me to explore various kinesiology modalities, immerse myself in energy work, and dedicate my life to living more aligned, purposeful, and fulfilling.

What I do fills me with so much love and passion, and I’m truly honored to share this with the world. My mission is to hold space for you, wherever you are on your healing journey, and to support you in becoming your truest, most authentic self. I want to help you reconnect with your inner light, ignite your passions, and remember how beautiful you are.

This space is always evolving, just as I am, and I love that we grow together in this beautiful, organic way. I’m so excited for all that’s yet to unfold, and I can’t wait to share this journey with you.
