I’m Courtney, a Kinesiologist, Energy Worker, and Ceremonialist. This is my little corner of the world where the sacred meets the everyday, where healing becomes ceremony, and where you are invited to come home to yourself.

Holding space is my soul’s calling. It is a deep, devotional act to witness, to guide, and to honour the unfolding of another as she softens into her truth. I walk beside women as they unravel what no longer serves, clear what has been weighing on their spirit, and step into the fullest, most radiant expression of who they came here to be.

I was born and raised in a small outback town, and my Aboriginal heritage weaves through everything I do. I carry a deep reverence for this land its wisdom, its stillness, its spirit and I honour the country I walk upon with every breath. This connection grounds my work and reminds me that healing is never separate from nature… it is nature.

My path shifted forever when I was diagnosed with Crohn’s disease as a young woman. At 21, an emergency bowel surgery cracked me open. It became a profound turning point the beginning of a deeper remembering. From that moment, I committed to walking the path of healing, not only physically, but emotionally, energetically, and spiritually. That journey led me to kinesiology, energy medicine, and a lifelong devotion to the body’s wisdom and the soul’s whispers.

My deeper purpose is to guide women back to the truth of who they are the woman beneath the conditioning, the expectations, the self-doubt, and the stories that were never theirs to carry.

I walk with women who are tired of living a life shaped by self-doubt and limitation, women who feel a quiet pull toward more. More alignment. More truth. More joy. More of who they came here to be. Women who know, deep down, that they are destined for a richer, more expansive life, one they can finally step into with clarity, confidence, and embodied worthiness.

I walk with the women who feel the nudge to expand… to create, to receive, to trust, to become. Women ready to reconnect to their body, awaken their creation codes, and embody the version of themselves who can hold the life they are calling in.

What I offer is not just a service, it is a sacred space to be held, seen, witnessed, and gently guided back to your essence. My mission is to help you remember who you are beneath the noise, to rekindle your light, reawaken your joy, and reclaim the power that has always lived within you.
