Your Heart Led Guide - Meet Courtney
For as long as I can remember, I've been fascinated by transformation. Not simply changing what we do... But changing what we believe is possible for ourselves.
Before I ever stepped into the world of kinesiology and energetics, I spent almost two decades building businesses. I led award-winning hair salons, built fully booked businesses, mentored teams and experienced what many people would call success. And while strategy, hard work and consistency absolutely played a part... I also discovered their limits.
Because no matter how much we achieve externally, we can only create to the level we have the capacity to hold internally.
Discovering kinesiology and subconscious work transformed not only my life, but the way I understood creation itself. I realised the greatest shifts in my life didn't come from doing more.
They came from becoming.
Becoming the woman who could hold greater abundance. Greater visibility. Greater trust. Greater peace. Greater impact. That understanding became the foundation of everything I now teach.
Over the past six years, I've had the privilege of supporting hundreds of women through profound transformation. As a kinesiologist, teacher and mentor, I've guided women to build soul-led businesses, transform their relationship with wealth, navigate fertility and conception journeys, deepen their relationships, reconnect with themselves, and step into lives that feel deeply aligned with who they truly are.
Again and again, regardless of what they're creating, I've witnessed the same truth.
