Session by session, we work with the energetic and emotional imprints that have shaped your sense of self including people-pleasing, self-doubt, fear of being seen, inherited beliefs, and old identity structures. As these layers soften and dissolve, a more honest relationship with yourself becomes possible one rooted in choice rather than obligation.
